Shrimp (Baked)

If we talk about Italy then in Italy people celebrate Christmas with full of joy. They enjoy the celebrations by eating good food. Italian Christmas eve dinner is very famous and undoubtedly mouth-watering. There are different appetizers, cookies, soups; salads and pasta food are the part of Italian dishes. In Italy fish dishes are more preferable.

- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/8 cup of chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1-2 lemons
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Take a bowl and mix garlic, cheese, and bread crumbs, parsley and prepare mixture. Clean and devein the shrimp. Cut the backs of the shrimp now coat a 13 x 9 pan with a cooking spray. Now take the mixture you prepared earlier and dip the shrimp into the mixture. Now bake the mixture by placing them into pan for almost 14-15 minutes at 400 degrees. After that check if shrimp are pink in color it means they are ready. Now garnish the dish by lemon.
ITALIAN CANDY
Ingredients
- Parchment Paper
- 8 oz honey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 lb blanched almonds
- 1/2 lb hazelnuts
- 2 tsp candied orange peel, diced
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
Preparation
Firstly you need to mix the sugar and water together and then boil it without stirring till it turn into caramel color. On the other hand cook the honey in a double boiler at least for 90 mins. Beat the egg whites to the point of stiff peaks, and fold it into the honey. Now mix the sugar water mixture by slowly pouring into the honey while stirring. Wait and cool it until slightly thickened and add in the remaining ingredient. Now in the last step Line 3 6x8 pans with parchment paper. Divide the mixture amongst the pans, pouring to a 2" depth. Cover with parchment paper and let set for 20 minutes. Cut into squares or bars to serve.
