- Ingredients :
- 2 cups - vegetable/ chicken stock
- 1 - carrot (cut into fine strips)
- 6 to 8 - french beans (cut into fine strips)
- 1 - capsicum
- 4 to 5 - small florets cauliflower
- 1 small piece - cabbage ( finely chopped)
- 1½ cup - boiled and shredded chicken
- black mushrooms sliced into pieces
- 1½ tsp - pepper
- 1½ tsp - chilli sauce
- 1 to 2 - finely chopped spring onions
- 3 to 4 tbsp - vinegar
- 2 tsp - soya sauce
- 1 - egg beaten
- 11/2 tbsp - cornflour (mixed with little water)
- salt to taste

Methods
- Boil the carrots, French beans and cauliflower and keep aside.
- Keep the stock to boil.
- Add spring onions, salt, pepper, mushrooms. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the carrots, beans, capsicum, cauliflower, cabbage, chicken pieces, vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Give it a boil.
- Add the corn flour mixture to the boiled ingredients.
- When the soup thickens gradually pour egg stirring over it.
- Remove and serve hot with chilli sauce and vinegar.
