  • 2 cups flour

In a bowl, mix margarine and sugar together. Add bananas and eggs to it and mix together till it gets completely merged with each other. Add flour, soda and salt to it and mix well. Stir in nuts. Now pour into greased and floured 2-quart-loaf pan. Bake at

for one hour. Remove and serve after garnishing. Spinach dip is also commonly prepared among some families during the Christmas eve because it can be simply served along with pumpernickel bread slices or rolls, great with eye crackers too. To prepare healthy and yummy spinach dip, you will need:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 package dry Swiss vegetable soup mix
  • 1 flat can of water chestnuts, diced.
  • To begin with the cooking, all you need to do is just toss all the above ingredients together, refrigerate overnight and serve with breads and rolls you like.
