You need 5 oz. tortilla - masa dough, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 3 cups milk, 3 cups water, 7 oz sugar, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp vanilla extract for making Atole. Dissolve the dough in the water. Strain the mixture, add the cinnamon sticks, and heat. Add milk, sugar, cornstarch when boiling and stir constantly till the liquid thickens. Remove cinnamon stick and serve.

You need 6 cups of milk, 6 oz sweet chocolate, 6 oz semi sweet chocolate, 1/2 tsp vanilla, dash of cinnamon for making Chocolate Caliente. Heat the milk over medium flame. Break the chocolates into pieces and stir in the hot milk. When it gets dissolved, increase the heat flame and let the mixture boil. Add vanilla and cinnamon to it. Beat till frothy and finally serve hot.
